Acknowledge that uncertainty creates anxiety, distraction and unproductiveness. Recognise the signs in yourself and those around you. Start by creating clarity for yourself and your team on the questions above. Prioritise and reduce distractions. Anchor yourself in your values and focus on what you can control. Create a thorough plan around these parameters and overcommunicate. Continue to take small manageable steps in the agreed direction.
There is a risk to want to merely go with the flow because the world around you may change again tomorrow. Losing track would be the only possible result. Continue to secure progress by reducing distractions and bringing everybody along the plan instead - even if it has been very small steps.
